Cancellation/Refund Policy

In general, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the order. If you cancel your order after confirmation, a2wellnesscenter shall have the right to charge a cancellation fee, with a right to either not refund the order value, or recover from or in subsequent orders, the complete / deficit cancellation fee, as applicable, to compensate for our merchants, and delivery contractors. In case of cancellation for reasons attributable to a2wellnesscenter, our merchants, or our delivery contractors,a2wellnesscenter shall not charge you any cancellation fee.

However, in the unlikely event of service unavailability, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us and will inform you about such unavailability. In such an event, you shall be entitled to receive a refund as per our refund policy.

We reserve the sole right to cancel the services in the following circumstances:

In the event of ‘unavailability of services’ by a2wellnesscenter.

Failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of ordered services.

Failure to deliver our services due to a lack of information, direction, and authorization from you at the time of delivering services.


You shall be entitled to a refund only if you prepay for our services at the time of placing your order on the platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. Your location is falling outside our ‘area of services’ zone.
  2. Failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of confirmation.
  3. You are canceling the services because of the unavailability of trainers and dieticians at the time of booking.

Our decision to refund shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days after a step-by-step verification and by the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
